Well before researching this topic, all I knew was that Breast is Best and the WHO (World Health Organisation) recommend that you continue breastfeeding until your child is 4 years wherever possible. But I had absolutely no idea how many studies have been done to prove the myriad of benefits for extended breastfeeding.

We loved it and it worked but it was a little difficult to maintain and I wanted a bit more. I needed a list of 5 quick hints that could be used on the fly.
